Hester; his wife Rachel Williams Frazier; his children, Harmony, Ethan, Caleb and Gracie; and his siblings, Michael Wesley Frazier, Jr., John Timothy Chaney, Jr. and Sally Michelle Sorrow. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
