She was predeceased by: her parents, Glenn Jay and Bessie Edwards Melton. She is survived by: her husband Alvin Dean Wiggins; her children, Penny Ratchford, Tony Wiggins (Kim) and Steven Wiggins (Tonya); and her brother Billy Melton (Janet). She is also survived by four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
