He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Miller and Josephine Baker Miller. He is survived by: his wife Effie Mudd Miller; his son Joseph Thomas Miller Jr.; and his brothers, Jim Osborne (Sandy) and Walter Grant Miller. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
