He was predeceased by: his parents, Aubrey Seay and Wanda Seay; and his siblings, Michael, Andrew, Edward, Joseph, Susan and Sharon.
He is survived by: his wife Stephanie L. Seay; his children, Brittany Seay, Kaleigh Seay and Caiden Seay; and his siblings, Danny Seay and Martha Robertson (Tommy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
