She was predeceased by: her parents, Worth David Roberts, Sr. and Ada Barnett Roberts Petty; her husband Ben Taylor Loftin, Sr.; her granddaughter Amy Noel Blackwelder; and her siblings, Frances Lowe, Jo Ingebritsen, Worth David Roberts, Jr., Betty Pendleton, Evelyn Pendleton and Faye Clippard.
She is survived by: her children, Renee Loftin Clemmer (James), Emiley Loftin Pounder, Benny Loftin (Kim) and Kathey Loftin Brunetti (Louis). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; 6 great great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Animal League of Gaston County, 425 West Franklin Boulevard Gastonia, NC 28052.
