She was predeceased by: her father Doc Winfield Burchfield; and her grandson Shannon Parker. She is survived by: her mother Evelyn Lucille Brackett Cook; her husband William Lee Haas; and her daughters, Jennifer Whitlow, Michelle Harrill, Leann Lightsey and Angela Mathis.
