She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Poteat and Hattie Benfield Poteat; her husband Clyde Tucker; her daughter Tammy Tucker Mauldin; and her siblings, Betty Stowe, Earl Poteat, Ed Poteat, Marshall Poteat, Pete Poteat and Harley Poteat.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Tucker (Mitch) and Kelleigh Tucker Smith (Michael); and her grandchildren, Austin Tucker, Tiffany Tucker, Landon Tucker, Logan Helsel (Stefanie), Brittany Helsel, Kiddman Helsel, Ashleigh Lavender, Derek Lavender (Hannah) and Joshua Mauldin. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
