He was predeceased by: his father James Severt; and his brother Michael Severt. He is survived by: his sons, James Severt (Ashley), Jospeh Severt (Cayla) and Jacob Severt; his siblings, Bobby Severt, Jeff Severt, Ricky Severt and Sheila Kindley; his grandchildren, Skylar, Gunnar, Isaiah and Julian Severt; and his cousin Dawn Towler.
