He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Harold Setzer, Sr. and Clairene Mashburn Setzer; his stepfather Alfred Hoyle; his uncle Luther; and his aunt Juanita Mashburn.
He is survived by: his sister Teresa Lafferty of Conway, SC; and his nephew James Bo Mashburn.
