He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Linvial Spencer and Sarah Smith Jenkins; his wife Tammy; his children, Jason Law of Mayo, Kyle Spencer of Mount Holly, N. C., Ashley, Meagan Spencer of Mount Holly, NC and Kasha Burns of Cincinnati, Ohio; and his siblings, Mark Spencer, Glenda Smith, Eloise Watson, Avonna Muterspaw, Nina Jones, Kim Spencer and Apryl Spencer. He was also cherished by 5 grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
