He was predeceased by: his parents, Elbert Swain Jackson and Nannie Lee Jackson; his children, Rae Gina Wray and Harold Swain Jackson, Jr.; and his son-in-law David Wayne Sisk.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Jackson; and his children, Ramona Jackson Sisk, Gary Swain Jackson (Donna) and Wesley Elbert Jackson (Paula). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
