He is survived by: his parent Anna Vance Moncrief; his children, Roy Gass (Rhonda) of Austin, TX and Karen Spradley Smith (Gregg) of Orangeburg, SC; his grandchildren, Anna (Gass), Esch, Matthew Gass, Clayton Charles Spradley Jr. (Charlie) and Courtney Spradley; and his siblings, George Moncrief (Skipper) of Arcadia, FL and Sarah Gibson of Sevierville, TN..
