He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence William Taylor and Nina Jewel Crouch Taylor; his son Roy Scott Taylor; his siblings, Clarence "Chief", Harvey, Lois, Nancy and Margie; and his grandson Phillip Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Frances Adcock Taylor; his sons, Glenn Joseph Taylor Jr. (Shannon) and Robert Monroe Taylor (Theresa); and his brother William "Billy" Monroe Taylor. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
