He was predeceased by: his parents, Yates Thurston Loftin and Lottie Blackmon Loftin. He is survived by: his children, Yates Loftin and Carrie Treadaway; his grandchildren, Dalton Stone, Jimmy Stone and Ashleigh Sims (James); and his great grandchildren, Asaiah, Elijah and Layla Sims.
