With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Emily Summey (Mount Holly, North Carolina), born in Wadesboro, North Carolina, who passed away on April 1, 2018 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Abel Perry and Mildred Babb; her husband Jack; her son Terry; and her siblings, Elise, Dick, Shuler, Bill and Lib.
She is survived by: her sister Stella of Hamlet, NC.; her children, Jacquelyn (Robert) of Charlotte, NC and Kelly (Janet) of Reno; and her grandchildren, Kelly (Billy), Conor (Ashley), Kevin (Eliana), Brian (Alyssa), Daniel and Sean (Tamera).
