It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Eddie Mae Ford of Mount Holly, North Carolina, born in York, South Carolina, who passed away on September 20, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Nie Bigham and Corine Kendall Bigham; and her sisters, Elizabeth "Libby" Lyles and Patricia "Pat" Chapman. She is survived by: her husband Jerry William Hughes; her son Franklin Glenn Dyer; her siblings-in-law, Richard Chapman, Buck Lyles Sr., Michelle Smith and Teresa Moone; her nieces, Tammy Chapman, Amy Childers, Diane Chapman, Terri Tate and Wendy Bradshaw; and her nephew Randy Lyles Sr.. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
