She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis Arnold Bradshaw and Hattie Elizabeth Ashe Bradshaw; her husband Samuel Edward "Paw" Chapman, Sr.; her grandson Garren Spencer; her sister Kathleen Hibberts; and her sister-in-law Pam Bradshaw.
She is survived by: her children, Susan K. Chapman, Nancy C. Maldonado (Jesus), Samuel E. Chapman, Jr. (Mark A. McCoy), Rose C. Williams (Rondale) and Tabitha C. Spencer (Terry); her grandchildren, Margarita M. Gould (Jimi), Victor A. Maldonado (Abby), Nicholas A. Spencer, Noah T. Spencer and Clay Maldonado; her great grandchildren, Madalin Maldonado, Manny Maldonado, Alex Gould, Miles Gould, Dillon Maldonado and Justin Maldonado; and her brother David Bradshaw. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
