He is survived by: his children, Leslie Bauer (Ken) and David Lineberger Jr. (Shannon); his grandsons, Jake Bauer, Brodie and Paxton Lineberger; his brother Ronnie Lineberger (Carol); and his nieces, Kelly Gilbert (Dean) and Cathryn Lawson (Wesley).
