He is survived by: his parent Robert Kelly Bolick; his son David Kelly Bolick, Jr; his sisters, Laura Bolick (Lorrie Pressley) of Mount Holly and Deborah Guba (Thomas) of Washington State; his granddaughters, Mackenzie of Gastonia, Savannah of Gastonia, Alissa of Gastonia, Janessa of Gastonia, Aunt Sharon of Gastonia and Uncle Walter Penland of Gastonia; and his nephews, Andrew Guba of Portland and Shaun Guba.
