He was predeceased by: his father Walter Johnson. He is survived by: his close friend Pamela Duncan; his stepchildren, Oliver Duncan, Brandy Grammer, Courtney Duncan and Ross Brewster; and his sister Angie Johnson. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
