He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlene Buchli and Conrad Bilgrien Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Kay Uttech; his children, Charles Bilgrien, Jenna Bilgrien and Andrea Bilgrien; and his brothers, Carl Bilgrien and Craig Bilgrien.
