He was predeceased by: his parent Truett Lee Jones; and his wife Wanda Deese Jones. He is survived by: his parent Marcene Usery Jones; and his siblings, Eric Jones and Angela Starnes.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be sent to Gaston Hospice.
