He was predeceased by: his daughter Cynthia Doss; and his brothers, Tom Doss and Raymond Doss. He is survived by: his children, Buford "Andrew" Doss Jr. (Sharon), Joseph Lee Doss, Billy Ervin and Crystal Ervin; his siblings, Juanita Malaha, Katherine Nunley, Dallas Doss (Eva), John Doss (Rita) and Noah Doss; and his grandchildren, Cynthia Jo Doss, Joseph Doss Jr., Damian Nathanial Doss, Austin Gregory Doss, Nicole Ann Sorner and David Allen Doss. He is also survived by eight great great-grandchildren.
