It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brittany Renee Benfield (Mount Holly, North Carolina), who passed away on June 11, 2022, at the age of 31, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her parents, Michael Benfield and Donna Benfield Hidalgo; her stepfather Luis Hidalgo; her brother Brad; her children, Jayden Storm McCoy and Josie Rain Dover; her brothers, Brian Benfield (Jennifer) and Brandon Benfield (Paula); her sister-in-law Julie Anastas; her sweet maw maw Johnson; and her aunt Carolyn. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

The family requests that instead of flowers, memorials be made to a charity of your choice in Brittany's honor.
