He was predeceased by: his parents, Burlin Welch and Pearl Welch; and his brothers, Billy Welch, Jimmy Welch, Mike Welch and Steve Welch.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette Lindsey Welch; his daughters, Yvonne Massie (Jackie), Yolanda Worley (J. W.) and Yvette Flores (Joe); his grandchildren, Michael Moretz, Lajeana Horn, Kristie Mahaffey, David Worley, Jason Lee, Jeremy Lee, Jonathan Lee, Joshua Lee, Joelle Lee, Joseph Flores, Janessa Flores, Jeanette Brown, Josiah Flores, Jared Flores, Jordan Flores, Joey Flores and Jesse Flores; his siblings, Jackie Welch and Teresa Holland; and his siblings-in-law, Dot Greene and James Floyd Lindsey. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
