He was predeceased by: his mother Elizabeth Ann Burlett Bishop; his siblings, Patricia McCarthy and Steven Setzer; and his wife Debra Setzer. He is survived by: his father Bobby Ray Setzer; his children, Michael, Travis, Darren (Elizabeth) and Shaun Setzer; and his siblings, Edward Setzer and Deborah Guy (Lewis). He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
