She was predeceased by: her parents, James Thomas Howard Sr. and Leona Helms Howard. She is survived by: her children, Kimberly Watts Toney (Joe), Joe D. Watts, Jr. (Tamara) and Jennifer E. Watts "Blanche"; her sisters, Judy H. Pope and Cynthia White; her sister-in-law Sandra Howard; her grandchildren, Jacob Paul Toney (Casey), Emma Lillian Toney, Ethan Daniel Watts, Bobby, Danielle Morton, Stephen and Meagan Shore; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Nickolas, Riley, Jackson, Kinsley and Elliott; and also Jerry Honeycutt.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, 207 Louise Ave., Belmont, NC 28012.
