She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Saunders and Zettie Dellinger Saunders; her husband Hubert "Hub" Stroupe; and her son Bill Stroupe. She is survived by: her daughters, Becky Helms and Dale Smith; her granddaughters, Tracy and Donna Helms; her great grandchildren, Krista and Kada Henderson; her siblings, Floyd Saunders, Alice Saunders, Bessie Abernathy and Mable Goodson; and her sister-in-law Hazel Saunders.
