She was predeceased by: her parents, Jones Sigmon and Elizabeth Sipes Sigmon; her husband Bill L. McKinnish; and her son Larry McKinnish. She is survived by: her children, Freddie Hambrick, Diane Smith (Charles) and Pam Walker (Randy); her siblings, Thelma Smith, Bessie Burnette and Grady Sigmon; and her grandchildren, Charles Smith, Jr., Shane Smith, Lori Young and Josh Walker. She is also survived by 6 great grandchildren and 5 great great grandchildren.
