She is survived by: her sister Doris Young Audrey; her husband Hugh W. Johnston; her children, James A. Johnston, Joan C. Johnston, Pamela Johnston, Leslie J. Dale and Linda J. Salinas; and her brother David W. Shellman. She is also survived by six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren.
