He was predeceased by: his parents, A. W. Dover and Mary Frances Carroll Dover. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Sigmon Dover; his siblings, Mary Ann Reyes, Edna Peak, Darlene Philbeck (Ralph), Teresa Farris (Joey), Wanda VanDyke, Tammy Adams and Tommy Dover; and his nephew Joe Morgan. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
