Ann left this world on December 23, 2024 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, June Burns and Georgia Martin Burns; her husband Thad H. Ballard; and her brother Bobby Burns. She is survived by: her children, Thad T. Ballard (Leslie Walker), Myra Martin (Nathan) and Patricia Stadler (Robert); her grandchildren, Jason Martin (Tina), Adam Kirkland (Beverly), Matthew Kirkland (Lisa), Amanda Kirkland, Thad Nolan Ballard, Linden Ballard and Ashlyn Glore; and her brother Donald Burns. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren; 2 great great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Woodlawn Funeral Home (375 Woodlawn Ave, Mt Holly, NC 28120). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
