She was predeceased by: her sister Anita Butler; and her stepparents, Pat Setzer and Vinod Bammi. She is survived by: her children, Jesse Johnson (Lanie Johnson) and Stormie Deal (Dakota Deal); her grandchildren, Isabella, Sophia, Liam Johnson, Hunter, John, Brent, Bentley, Carson and Desmond Deal; and her siblings, Shannon and David Setzer.
