She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hughes and Betty Poe McRae; her husband Elgie Lee Chappell; and her brother Curtis McRae. She is survived by: her daughter Teresa Browning (Jerry) of Mount Gilead; her grandchildren, Randy Browning (Shannon) and Tori Williamson (David); her great grandchildren, Jackson, Sarah Browning, Trent, Daylen and Micah Willamson; and her siblings, Charles McRae and Norma Bailey (Sonny).
