She was predeceased by: her parents, Tom Johnson and Betty Thompson Johnson; her son Joel Allen Gaddy; and her sisters, Jean VonCannon and Carolyn Johnson.
She is survived by: her husband Calvin Gaddy; her daughter Heather Dawn Johnson; and her grandchildren, Kiersten Poole, Jacob Johnson, Adriana Christian and Nathan Gaddy.
