She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Coolidge Haywood and Madeline Yarboro Haywood. She is survived by: her daughter Renee Lewis (Willbert) of Loris; her grandsons, Clay and Wyatt Lewis of Loris; her pet Bella; and her siblings, Jerry Haywood of Candor, NC and Moni Smith of Calabash, NC..
