She was predeceased by: her parents, Bryant Gardner and Bessie Dunn Gardner; and her siblings, Clyde Gardner, Frank Gardner, Doc Gardner, Polly Dunn, Thelma Gardner, Verna Mae Deaton, Betty Byrd and Jennie Belle Robbins.
She is survived by: her daughter Dale Hogan (Rick) of Troy; her granddaughter Amanda Lytton of Troy; her great grandchildren, Landon Hamilton, Macy Hamilton and Ellie Lytton; and her brother David Gardner of Mount Gilead. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
