It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mitchell Vaughn Roberts of Mount Gilead, North Carolina, who passed away on September 3, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Milton Roberts; his nephew Richie Parsons; and his parents, Lois Morrison (Roberts) and Woodrow Roberts. He is survived by: his children, Joshua Roberts (Debra) of Mt. Gilead and April Estrada (Tyler) of Kannapolis; and his sisters, Gail Robinson (Jimmy) of Mt. Gilead and Terecia White (Ronnie) of Troy. He is also survived by two step-grandchildren; and three step-great grandchildren.
