She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Spurgeon and Minnie Brookshire Greene; her husband Wayne Gilbert Haywood Sr.; and her siblings, Charles Greene, Keith Green, Hunter Greene, Gordon Greene and Lydia Bowden.
She is survived by: her sons, Wayne Gilbert Haywood Jr.'Gil' (Laura) and Lloyd Greene Haywood (Rachel); and her grandsons, Brandon Haywood (Tara) and Charles Wayne Haywood (Charlie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
