She is survived by: her children, Greg Needham (Beverly Freeman) of Asheboro and Faye Hulsey of Mt. Gilead; her stepchildren, Bradford Needham of Asheboro and Peggy Duncan of Troy; and her siblings, Sandra Goins Alcaraz of Robbins, Carolyn Overton of Troy, Larry Goins of Candor, Bruce Goins of Star and Terry Goins of Star. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
