She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Shepard, Jr. and Dorothy Jane Carroll Shepard; her brother Michael Shepard; and her son Timothy Blake. She is survived by: her children, Rebekah Leonard (Joey) and Daniel Purvis (Taylor); her grandchildren, Katelyn Leonard, Riley Purvis, John Leonard and Jarrett Purvis; her boyfriend Tim Blake; her siblings, Darlene Estridge (David), Kristy Shepard and Jerry Shepard; and her pets, Jelly Bean and George. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
