He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Alderman and Polly Rogers Alderman; and his sister Becky Alderman. He is survived by: his wife Karen Alderman; his stepdaughter Mary Davis; his children, Lisa Allen (Mitch) of Tobaccoville, NC, Kevin Alderman (Jennie) of Smyrna, TN, Kelly Alderman (Nancy) of Moneta, VA, David Alderman (Angie) of Troy and Danny Alderman (Tanna) of Troy; and his brother Will Alderman. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
