She is survived by: her husband George Sheppard, Jr.; her son Mark Isenhour (Virginia) of Climax; her stepchildren, Kelly M. Sheppard of Albemarle and George James Sheppard (Angela) of Hendersonville; her granddaughter Tara; her great grandchild Marissa of Badin; her stepgrandson Jonathan Kinney; her siblings, Joan Dotson of North Wilkesboro, Sylvia Boles of Winston-Salem, Jane Brooks (Jerry) of Cleveland, Edgar Hayes (Mary) of Flint, MI, Harley Hayes (Lea) of Cleveland, NC, Robert Hayes (Patsy) of North Wilkesboro, David Hayes of North Wilkesboro and Douglas Hayes (Vivian) of North Wilkesboro; and her sister-in-law Marie Hayes.
