He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas Carter and Barbara Ann Haynes Carter of Lenox, GA.. He is survived by: his wife Kristi Lynn Hutchinson Carter; his sons, James C. Carter, Zackery Rafe Carter and Konner Hawk Carter; his sister Christina "Jeanna" Andrade (Michael) of Panama City, FL; and his parents-in-law, Steve and Terry Hutchinson of Mount Gilead.
