He is survived by: his daughter Dr. Kimberly Thompson Riley (Lonnie Riley) of Murphy, NC; his siblings, Larry Thompson (Ellen) of Mt. Gilead, Quinton Thompson (Carolyn) of Mt. Gilead and Renee Blake (Mickey) of Mt; his grandson Randall Riley of Kansas City, Kansas; his stepgrandson Joshua (Allison) of Greenville, SC; his great grandchild Kiara Riley of Kansas City; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Callan Riley of Leisceter, NC, Claire and Thomas Riley of Greenville, SC..
