She was predeceased by: her parents, Junnie Simmons and Virginia Parrish Simmons; her husband Robert Daniel "Jake" Blake; and her siblings, Isabel Cranford and Jeff Simmons.
She is survived by: her children, Jan Hennessee (Blair) of Statesville and Robert "Danny" Blake, III (Gina) of Mt. Gilead; and her grandchildren, Taylor Blake, Danielle Rushing, Sabrina Morgan, Sally Hennessee and Harris Hennessee. She is also survived by 5 Great-grandchildren.
