He was predeceased by: his son Marvin Douglas Patillo II. He is survived by: his spouse Emily Patillo; his children, Pam Davani and Dana Patillo; his grandsons, Nicholas Davani of Birmingham and Chase Davani of Atlanta; his great grandchild Leona Davani of Birmingham; and his brother Michael Patillo (Susie).
