It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorsena Little of Mount Gilead, North Carolina, who passed away on August 20, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walker Steele and Jessie Bruton; and her close friend Richard Talbert. She is survived by: her husband Lonnie M. Little; her children, Robert Little, Steve Little, Edward Little and Paula Little; her grandson Albert Higgins; her siblings, Charles Steele, James Steele, Thelma Welch, LuVada Steele and Lucille Steele; her children, Patsy Watkins (Ronnie), Johnny Bruton (Lillie), Donald Little (Patricia) and Ray Little (Lisa); her grandchildren, Avery Lilly and Jaylon Morrison; her siblings, Nellie Smith (Charles), Minister JoAnn Stanback and Walter Steele; and her siblings-in-law, Nellie Steele and Johnny Steele. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren; fourteen great great-grandchildren.
