She is survived by: her children, Willie May Stancil, Jr. of Mount Gilead, NC and Betty Stancil Locklear; her grandchildren, Lessie Anne Stancil, Isabelle Nicole Stancil and Willie May Stancil, III; her siblings, Eloise Hathcock and Ben Gurley; and her nephew Hunter Lee Gurley (Justin Adam Hathcock).
