She is survived by: her husband Tommy Wayne Harkey of Mount Gilead, NC; her sons, Joshua Caine Amick, Matthew Jacob Amick (Felicia) and Michael Shane Harkey (Manda); her grandchildren, Dale Chandler (Lynnsey), Gavin Amick, Jack Harkey, Abby Amick, Ava Amick, Aubrey Amick, Molly Harkey and Samantha Chandler Shepherd (Travis); her great grandchildren, Della Chandler and Jensen Chandler; and her brother Joe Hill (Midge).
